Finnish Number portability process allows the donating telecom company to charge the expences from the receiving company. Numpac is responsible for clearing and charging of these costs on behalf of operators.
Finnish telecom companies implemented a common price list for portation fees. This price list is valid from 1st January 2020. Portation fee is the fee paid by receiving company to the donating company.
Changes to this price list are jointly agreed between telecom companies. Traficom is responsible for resolving the conflicts, if necesseary.
Numpac publishes the price list on behalf of telecom companies. Numpac is not responsible of the contents of the price list.
